Guacamole

Guacamole a nutritious high calorie dip for chips, or sandwich spread.

Ingredients
  

  • Avocados-2 ripe
  • Lime juice –1/2 lemon
  • Salt as needed
  • Onion – half chopped
  • Tomato – 1 small chopped
  • chili flakes

Equipment

  • Potato smasher or fork

Method
 

  1. Cut the Avocados into half and scoop the fruit out in a bowl, add salt and lemon juice.
  2. Smash the fruit with potato smasher leaving a little chunks.
  3. Add chopped Onions , Tomato and chiili Flakes (according to your spice level).
  4. Taste to adjust salt level
  5. Serve it with toast or tortillas for a party snack.
