  • 1/3 cup Roasted Millets:
  • 1 tbsp Cooked Moong dal
  • 1/2 Onion sliced
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 2 Garlic thin slice
  • 1 inch Ginger Julienne
  • 1/4 cup Moong Sprout
  • 1/2 cup Carrot chopped
  • 1/4 cup Beans chopped
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Peas
  • 5 Mint leaves
  • Coriander leaves a few
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 4 cups Water
