Method
- Take curd / yogurt and water in the bowl and whisk together to a smooth consistency.
- Add salt and check taste.
- Add curry leaves, green chilly and ginger and whisk together until salt is dissolved.
- Leave in refrigerator for a 30 minutes to a few hours. This helps to soak in the flavour of the garnish.
- The more it soaks, more the spice. So filter it in 15 minutes if it is for kids.
- Filter it to 2 glasses and enjoy!
