Plants in my Garden

These are some of the herbs and vegetable plants I have been growing in my raised bed garden. I started my garden in 2021/2022. Click here to read about my gardening journey in Boston. Some of these herbs have been coming back in the spring after hibernating in the winter.

These are few plants that are healthy this Spring 2026. I have been using my harvest to make yummy dishes like Pudina/ mint chutney, Sage butter, Chive Biscuits, Coriander leaves in my Indian recipes.
