The Story Behind Coriander Chefs
Food has a unique way of transporting us back in time. Though we, Savi and Vini, live on opposite sides of the world, we remain deeply connected through our shared love for the kitchen.
Our grandmother’s cooking was—and always will be—the gold standard. We grew up on her flavors, and today, we keep her memory alive by recreating her signature dishes. With a few secret tips from our mother and aunts, we work to capture those exact aromas and tastes that defined our childhood. Now, we’ve joined hands to share these heritage recipes—along with many new ones—that have earned the ultimate seal of approval from our own kids.
